Terms & Conditions

Tuition

Driving tuition is only available to people who meet the following conditions:

  • Aged 17 or over; and
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence (provisional or full); and
  • Legally entitled to drive in the UK.

Lessons

You and your instructor are responsible for agreeing all matters relating to the timing, location and duration of individual lessons.

You must notify your instructor of any matters which affect your ability or entitlement to have driving tuition, for example any lack, or loss, of a valid UK provisional driving licence.

Cancellation of Lessons

Please see the "Early Bird Prices" section below for further details of the cancellation policy for that offer.

If you or your instructor wish to cancel a lesson, a minimum of 48 hours' prior notice should be given. If your instructor cancels a lesson without giving this minimum period of notice, your instructor shall rearrange the lesson.

Refund of a partial block booking will be calculated by deducting the number of lessons completed charged at the full standard rate, as well as a deduction of a £50 admin fee.

Cancellations by you must be made directly between you and your instructor and it is your responsibility to confirm receipt of the cancellation request.

If you do not give at least 48 hours' notice of cancellation you will be charged for the lesson(s) concerned.

Please note that in the event of you having booked your driving test, the DVSA stipulate that you need to give ten clear working days to cancel your test. This may mean that you could lose your DVSA test fee if your instructor advises you are not ready for test within this notice period.

Early Bird Prices

Early Bird prices are available when booking and paying for lessons 7 days in advance and are designed to allow our instructors to plan their lessons effectively and to make sure we can offer the lowest prices possible.

If you buy lessons in advance which take advantage of this offer then these lessons are non-refundable, non-transferable, and you are not entitled to change the date, time or location of the lesson without approval from your instructor.

In the event that your instructor is unable to provide the lesson as booked they will contact you as soon as possible to rearrange the lesson.

Payments and Lesson Bookings

You must pay for your lessons by one of the following methods:

  • Credit or debit card through the website
  • PayPal
  • Direct bank transfer to your instructor
  • Gift voucher

All payments must be made (and cleared) before the start of your lesson. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH OR CHEQUE PAYMENTS.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change the price of all our lessons from time to time.

The cost of prepaid tuition is based on the lesson price in force at the time of booking and will be honoured for 6 months. Any unused lessons remaining after 6 months have elapsed will require the difference in price to be paid before the start of the lesson.

Lesson prices are also subject to change following a change of agreed date, time or location.
